EDGAR Release 26.0.1

On February 2, 2026, EDGAR Release 26.0.1 will introduce the following changes:

EDGAR Filing Website

• EDGAR submission notifications have been updated to replace reference to password expiration with the annual confirmation due date.
• The inoperable N-CR and N-CR/A links on the EDGARLink Online interface have been removed. Filers are required to make these submissions in a structured format either (a) created using the online version available on the EDGAR Filing Website using the online application or (b) constructed by filers according to the "EDGAR Form N-CR XML Technical Specification" document.

EDGAR Online Forms Management Website

• EDGAR submission notifications have been updated to replace references to password expiration with the annual confirmation due date.

Filer Management Website

• Made minor UI updates across the Filer Management dashboard including "Manage ABS Issuer Activity," "Account details," and "Retrieve Submission Information."
• Modified Filer Management error and success messages to condense the messaging when more than 3 CIKs are involved in a bulk action.
• Disabled Form ID Part 4 "Billing information" for Training Agent applicants.
• Resolved a bug with the Form ID instructions link on the "Review & Print" page.
• Resolved a bug with "Form ID Submitted" notifications not sending to the submitter of the Form ID application.
• Resolved a bug with expiring filer API token notifications not being sent one business day before expiration and one business day after expiration.

APIs

• The EDGAR Filer Management APIs have been updated to check that CIKs are 10-digits.
• The EDGAR API Development Toolkit has been updated to add a 404 "Not Found" status code in the Response Codes section. This is the expected response for the Enrollment API which was removed from EDGAR in Release 25.4 on December 22, 2025.
