EDGAR Release 25.1.1

On March 24, 2025, EDGAR Release 25.1.1 will introduce the following changes:

• Pursuant to EDGAR Filer Access and Account Management, Release No. 33-11313 (“EDGAR Next”) (adopted September 27, 2024):
  • The EDGAR Filer Management dashboard (“dashboard”) is implemented;
  • The EDGAR access process for asset-backed security issuing entities is moved from the "Retrieve/Edit Data" section of the EDGAR Filing and EDGAR OnlineForms websites to the dashboard; and
  • Optional Application Programming Interfaces are available in EDGAR for filers that have enrolled in EDGAR Next

EDGAR Next guidance related to these changes are denoted in this EDGAR Filer Manual, Vol. I (Version 42) and Vol. II (Version 74).
